After graduating with a Bachelors Degree in Business and Marketing from the Ecole Superieure de Commerce in Bordeaux, France, Mathilde moved to Los Angeles, CA. Soon after, she was hired by Hannibal Pictures as a Sales and Marketing Executive in 2003. In 2004, she was promoted to Director of International Sales & Marketing, where she oversaw the sales of theatrical pictures to all major territories.
In 2006, Mathilde joined Lightning Entertainment, as Director of International Sales. She was responsible for the international sales of of all new titles in addition to a 200+ title library. In 2008, she was promoted to Vice President of International Sales, where she took on more managerial duties, including the supervision of Business Affairs and Marketing in addition to her sales responsibilities In April 2016, she was promoted to Head of Sales, and her responsibilities expanded to overseeing the entire sales department.
In early 2017, Mathilde joined Film Mode Entertainment as COO where she runs day to day operations, business affairs and business development in addition to international sales.
Mathilde was listed in the Screen Daily 50 Future Leaders in Sales and Acquisition and was a Board Member of the Independent Film and Television Alliance.
JOHN BUFFALO is a film and television executive, focused on the development, acquisition and global distribution of independent feature films.
Buffalo moved to the U.S. in 2015 to work in international sales for Cinema Management Group, a global independent distribution company distributing highly successful feature films such as the animation hits ZAMBEZIA and KHUMBA, as well as the critically acclaimed LOVING VINCENT with Saoirse Ronan and Douglas Booth. Buffalo also acquired a number of films for international distribution for CMG, preparing global sales estimates and negotiating sales agency terms with producers.
Before joining CMG, Buffalo was President of Acquisitions and Sales with Italian distributor Moviemax, and later was named its Managing Director in Milan. During more than three years at Moviemax, Buffalo acquired and distributed a full slate of high-profile films, including David Ayer’s FURY starring Brad Pitt. Prior to Moviemax, Buffalo was head of acquisitions for Rome based Italian International Film (Lucisano Media Group), where he acquired numerous films for distribution including Nicolas Winding Refn’s DRIVE and ONLY GOD FORGIVES, both starring Ryan Gosling. He also acquired Venice Lion winner REDACTED by Brian de Palma.
Prior to Buffalo’s work in Italy, he began his career in the media business with global media powerhouse Discovery Communications in Silver Spring, MD serving in a variety of roles, in support of their launch of a bouquet of channels around the world. Buffalo also served as an officer in the U.S. Navy, stationed in Japan, Italy and at the Pentagon in Washington, DC.
Patricia began her career in the entertainment industry as Coordinator, Consumer Marketing and Brand at AMC Networks’ SundanceTV. In 2014, after working on campaigns for critically acclaimed series such as RECTIFY, TOP OF THE LAKE, and THE HONORABLE WOMAN, Patricia left SundanceTV to move abroad to Ecuador where her focus switched to independent film.
In 2015, Patricia was hired as the International Sales and Acquisitions Coordinator at Mundial, a Mexico City-based international film sales joint venture between prolific Hollywood production financing and distribution company IM Global and Canana, Diego Luna, Gael Garcia Bernal, and Pablo Cruz's Latin American production company and distributor. While at Mundial, Patricia was focused on sales and distribution of Latin American films in the international marketplace.
Patricia relocated to Los Angeles to join Mundial’s parent company, Global Road Entertainment in early 2018. In November 2018, Patricia joined Film Mode Entertainment as Director of International Sales, overseeing sales in Latin America and Eastern Europe. Patricia is a graduate of Florida International University in Miami, Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Communications.

Haber is a graduate of Phillips Academy Andover, holds a BFA in Theatre Arts and a BA in International Affairs from Florida State University (FSU) and an MFA in Cinema and Media Studies and MA in Diplomacy from The University of Southern California (USC).
